Renamed the 'Station List' section to 'Band Scan section'. I've also merged the BBC National Radio Stations into the list so now there is one big list.

Atmospherics today bringing in Spanish stations, see the DX logs for my results!

Some good tropo today and yesterday, including Radio City (!) booming in, and at one point disrupting tfm on 96.6. Theres no doubt in my mind that if I had narrow filters i would be able to RDS it no problem! Added results to the logs page.

Added the remaining Transmitter/Power info to the lincs fm page thanks to an email from Dale.

Added a link to the TFM page containg On-Air images from Richard Moore's homepage

Updated the Logs with my results from this weeks tropo, including stations from Norway and Scotland.

Added a handy File Uploader to the 'Other' Section.

Dearne FM, the new radio station for Barnsly, is now testing on 102.0 FM (From Ardsley) and 97.1 FM (from Penistone). The station, owned by the Lincs FM PLC, launches on october the 5th and is being received in North Yorkshire at 23dB - Below RDS level.

I've decided to add a RDS section - where you can see pictures of my tuner displaying forign/uk RDS PS names.

I got my Triax 5 Element antenna with antenna rotator yesterday. Playing around with it I can pick up scottish stations and mersyside stations. I'll update the equipment section when I get some pictures of it.
I've also changed the List section which will soon have results with Triax aswell as the Circular Antenna.

I went back to Bilsdale today, this time I found the right path and got close up! (3rd time lucky, eh!) Pics added to the transmitter gallery.

A great day today for Atmospherics!! Many stations coming in very strong and found on the auto scan! check the logs page for the full list!

I went to the mast at Acklam Wold today and took some pictures, I've added them to the transmitter section - Enjoy!

I've added Lincs FM and Real Radio to the Individual Stations list (Including Jingles!) and I've updated info and all the others.
I've also added a 'goto bar' (beneath the banner) on sub pages which is quite handy if you get lost!

I went back to Bilsdale today - Got a few closer up pictures taken which have been added to the Transmitter Section! I didn't manage to get to the mast today - despite my confidence in finding way! 3rd time lucky though eh :) - I plan revisiting in the summer holidays - and I'm pretty confident I know where im going now - thanks to a nice couple who took the time to explain to me how to get there!

I went to see the Bilsdale mast today, got a few pictures from a distance added to the Transmitter section now, I plan on going back this friday to get some up-close pictures (now I know where to go!). I managed to pick up Sun FM, Metro, Century (101.8) and Galaxy (105.3) while I was there.

Ok, are you sitting down? Radio 10 FM has lost its license to broadcast on AM and FM (even though its the most popular station in Holland). 675khz is to be replaced by a station called 'Classic Country'. More info here (dutch - see popup).

Palace FM stopped transmitting today (Sunday 27th April) at approx. 5:10pm. The final broadcast consisted of two parts, both of which I recorded and are now available in the Palace FM page. The first was a goodbye message from the crew which included the revelation of the DJ Stars competition and the Ryedale Idol competition, the second part was a 2hour long pub quiz devided into 3 rounds. Palace FM has been granted the frequency 102.1FM by the radio authority. They also have a website.

Palace FM, a short-term rsl, is coming to malton. The station will be on air from April 17th to April 27th broadcasting 'just above 102FM' more info here.
